TENAX Adapter

The TENAX adapter protects the TENAX adsorbent with 1/4 inch Swagelock screw connection from contamination while connecting and disconnecting it.

It gets connected by directly plugging the hose nipple into the self-locking coupling of BiVOC2(V2).

The total wall thickness of 5 mm of the short hose connection keeps the adsorbent in a steady position during sampling.

The TENAX Adapter and the DNPH Adapter are sized such that the air inlets of the intended adsorbens are at the same height when in use.

The TENAX adapter fits perfectly into one of the holes of the foam insert of the handling case for transportation. The additional plug in the cap prevents foreign objects from entering the adapter.

The TENAX Adapter can only be used with TENAX adsorbens 1/4 inch Swagelock Screw Connection.
